Liz Rusk

Liz is an experienced adult nurse and teacher and joined Mtech Access in August 2020 to build and maintain relationships within the NHS Insights and Interaction team.

Liz has 9 years’ experience as an adult nurse and 6 years’ experience within clinical and non-clinical training. Liz has worked within the NHS as a Staff Nurse and Ward Sister, within the private sector as a National Trainer, and more recently, the care home sector as a Regional Clinical Trainer working with both National and International nurses across the North East and Belfast. She continues to keep her clinical expertise up to date.

Liz found her passion for healthcare at the age of 18 when working as a home carer and decided to pursue a career in this field. After completing her BSc Hons in Adult nursing, Liz then went on to complete an MBA at Teesside University in 2016 and further went on to complete her PGCE in 2019.

Liz has a breadth of clinical experience spanning various settings inclusive of elderly care, spinal high dependency, management, and training.
