A Note to Recruitment Agencies

 

Mtech Access have an internal Talent Acquisition function. Mtech Access may supplement from time to time with the assistance of staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters (“Agency”).

Agencies are hereby specifically directed not to contact Mtech Access employees directly to present candidates. Our internal Talent Acquisition function must present all candidates to hiring managers.

To protect the interests of all parties, Mtech Access will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate. Any unsolicited resumes sent to Mtech Access, including unsolicited resumes sent to an Mtech Access office address, email address, submitted to the Mtech Access website, emailed directly to Mtech Access employees, or submitted to the Mtech Access Applicant Tracking System, will be considered Mtech Access property. This also applies to any resumes sent via LinkedIn to any Mtech Access employees.

Mtech Access will NOT pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume. Mtech Access will consider any candidate for whom an Agency has submitted an unsolicited resume to have been referred by the Agency free of any charges or fees.

An Agency must obtain advance written approval from Mtech Access to submit resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully executed placement agreement thereafter. Mtech Access will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place.
