Hanah Sfar-Gandoura

Hanah has extensive experience in the NHS, with a passion for health innovation and service redesign. Hanah’s experience in service design dates back to 2007, ensuring that innovations benefit service users and healthcare systems. She joined the pharmaceutical industry in 2017 and continued to innovate in the health sector. Her strengths lie in collaborating with national bodies, innovating in healthcare, evaluating services, and generating of real-world evidence to support new service designs. She is great with stakeholder management and ensuring that all voices are heard.

Hanah studied at De Montfort University and qualified as a mental health nurse in 2003 and an independent prescriber in 2010. She remains on the nursing and midwifery register and is currently supporting an Adult ADHD Service with clinical care.
