Optimising commercial success through strategic workshops, insights sessions, and training
At Mtech Access, we understand the critical role that HEOR and market access professionals play in ensuring innovative therapies reach the patients who need them. Our workshops and training sessions are designed bespoke to equip your teams with the knowledge, skills, and strategic insights needed to navigate the complexities of the healthcare landscape.
Our workshops are run by our in-house subject matter experts, who bring their experience in tackling a wide range of HEOR and market access challenges. We also invite external experts from our network of key opinion leaders (KOLs), payers, and affiliate service providers to lead insight sessions, advise, and offer different perspectives.
We offer:
- Strategic workshops to develop and test your market access, pricing and evidence strategies or to support you through key reimbursement hurdles
- Insights sessions to bring you insider knowledge of payer decision-making and patient pathways within health systems
- Technical training to upskill your team on key specialisms, such as health economics and systematic review
- Training to support implementation of key materials to help your global teams, local affiliates, or field teams get the most out of the models, tools, and materials that we build
