A note to recruitment agencies
We have an internal Talent Acquisition function. We may supplement from time to time with the assistance of staffing agencies, placement services, and professional recruiters (“Agency”).
Agencies are hereby specifically directed not to contact our employees directly to present candidates. Our internal Talent Acquisition function must present all candidates to hiring managers.
To protect the interests of all parties, we will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate. Any unsolicited resumes sent to us, including unsolicited resumes sent to a our office address, email address, submitted to our website, emailed directly to our employees, or submitted to our Applicant Tracking System will be considered Mtech Access property. This also applies to any resumes sent via LinkedIn to any of our employees.
We will NOT pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume. We will consider any candidate for whom an Agency has submitted an unsolicited resume to have been referred by the Agency free of any charges or fees.
Agency must obtain advance written approval from Mtech Access T/A Petauri Evidence to submit resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully executed placement agreement. We will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place.
