Libby joined the Health Economics team at Mtech Access in 2023 after graduating from the University of York with an MSc in Health Economics. Within her MSc she conducted critical appraisals of empirical research and produced cost-effectiveness models to assess health technologies, alongside gaining a broad knowledge of health economics. She worked in partnership with Bangor University to produce a patient-focused benefit-risk assessment of anti-seizure medication as part of her dissertation. Libby also has a BSc in Economics from Newcastle University.
As an Associate Health Economist, Libby is a support modeller in cost-effectiveness and budget impact models. She also assists across the company by undertaking statistical analyses, model validation and technical report writing.
