Happy 5th Birthday Mtech Access!
On the 15th of November 2015 Mtech Access was registered at Companies House. 5 years on and we are thriving, demand for work is high and we are approaching 70 members of staff. “WOW, that’s amazing, how did that happen?” you say. Well, let me tell you…
When starting a new venture, you find yourself in a ‘sink or swim’ situation. You have to ‘pull out all the stops’ to make it work, nothing is too much trouble, and you go above and beyond to impress clients and to ensure the work you deliver is on time and of the highest quality.
One of the secrets to our success is that we have endeavoured to maintain this start-up/boutique attitude as we have grown, which has led to long-lasting relationships with our clients, founded on trust. Long may it continue.
I’d like to say, on behalf of everyone at Mtech, a big thank you to all our clients, especially those who gave Mtech a chance in those early days. We are truly grateful.
Another secret to our success is our people. We are a people business and it’s our people that make Mtech Access special. We literally could do nothing without them. We seem to have a knack of attracting people that share our values. Highly intelligent individuals but without ego, who strive to support each other, and who are truly passionate about improving healthcare and patients’ lives. Their dedication and commitment to the company and to our client’s goals is amazing. I am frequently filled with pride when clients send me an email telling me what a great job they are doing. I am currently smiling from ear to ear thinking about this now.
To all our Mtech-ers congratulations on your 5th Birthday, you should be very proud. Look at what you have done, you have built an amazing company!
