Our core services include global and local market access strategy and insights, value proposition development, health economic modelling, systematic literature review, network meta-analysis and health technology assessment (HTA) submissions, alongside Veeva integrated budget impact models and interactive stakeholder toolkits with business case generation capabilities (via Veeva Approved Email).

 

The role

As a Market Access Value Analyst you will be required to work across the Mtech Access business, being given opportunities to support a variety of projects, in a controlled and supportive environment. You will work closely with senior Mtech Access colleagues to support the delivery of a range of projects, including value communications materials, systematic literature reviews, primary and secondary research, and various medical writing deliverables (e.g. Global Value Dossiers [GVDs]). You will also be required to work closely with external stakeholders to achieve project objectives including clients, external associates (e.g. key opinion leaders, payers, and other stakeholders), and third-party agencies.

You will act as the supporting analyst, or in some cases designated analyst, on a range of activities and projects. Working under a project lead, you will be required to deliver consistently to a high standard, across a varied range of therapeutic areas and breadth of deliverables, including but not limited to:

  • Value propositions and communications materials
  • Systemic literature reviews (e.g. protocol design, screening for relevant studies, data extraction)
  • Market access strategy/landscape development
  • Pricing research and strategy development
  • Global Value Dossiers
  • Advisory boards and reports
  • Other varied activities, including:
    • Contribution to business development activities such as proposal development/desk research
    • Veeva PromoMats uploads/reference tagging
    • Writing, editing, and proofing of deliverables to a high standard
    • Reference pack development and checking
    • Data analysis
    • Adhering to internal and client quality control measures and taking personal responsibility for the quality of your work
    • As a member of a project team, actively contributing to the planning and ongoing organisation and execution of projects, including timeline development, timely communication with colleagues and clients, note-taking and execution of relevant action

 

Requirements

  • A Life Sciences degree
  • At least 1 years’ Market Access experience gained within a consultancy or Pharmaceutical/medical device company
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and competent in the use of Excel
  • Competent at basic research
  • Fluent written and spoken English skills
